Includes standard inside release latch and automatic door closer for added safety and dependable operation., Full 180° Piano Hinge for Easy Access: 180-degree full-length piano hinge allows smooth opening and complete access to mechanical, electrical, or plumbing components behind walls., Flush mount, paintable white finish – 1-1/2” trim allows clean flush installation into various wall finishes.
